1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order provided the following conditions are met:
Eligible Items

Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

The product must not show any signs of use, damage or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling or negligence.

Items returned without original tags or packaging.
2. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, reason for return and photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

If approved your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer.

If the product does not meet return conditions the refund may be declined.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for clothing items if:

The item is defective, or

The wrong size or wrong product was delivered.
Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
